Developer Terms of Service

1. Content Standards
Tasks must not contain malicious code, spam, or offensive content. Tasks must accurately describe their functionality. Any task that misleads users about its purpose, capabilities, or data access will be removed.
2. Review Process
All tasks are subject to review and approval before publication. No task is published automatically. Doneva reserves the right to remove any task at any time if it violates these terms or poses a risk to users. Reviews are typically completed within 48 to 72 business hours of submission.
3. Data and Privacy
Tasks that access user data — including web sessions, notifications, SMS, or other sensitive information — must disclose this through their capability tags. You may not collect, store, or transmit user data beyond what is necessary for the task's stated function. All data handling must comply with applicable privacy laws.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your task definitions. By publishing a task on the Doneva marketplace, you grant Doneva a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute, display, and promote your task through the marketplace and related channels.
5. Removal and Suspension
Doneva may remove tasks or suspend developer accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to: publishing malicious tasks, repeated policy violations, fraudulent behaviour, or abuse of the review system.
6. Rate Limits
Developers may submit up to 5 tasks per day and have a maximum of 3 tasks pending review at any time. These limits may be adjusted as the platform grows.
7. Trusted Developer Programme
Developers who consistently publish high-quality tasks and maintain zero rejections may earn Trusted Developer status. All tasks — including those from Trusted Developers — are reviewed and approved by the Doneva team before publication. Trusted Developer status may be revoked if subsequent tasks violate platform policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Doneva provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of marketplace data, or any specific outcome from publishing tasks. Developers are solely responsible for the functionality, safety, and legality of the tasks they publish. Doneva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, the distribution of tasks, or any interaction between developers and end users.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
Doneva reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Developers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
